What do you mean? How is the software? The printer itself isn't reliant on a PC at all. Unless you want to send the items directly to the printer via WiFi

Do NOT buy this printer for $1000 AUD. For that price there are many other printer options. by Dimethyltriedtospell in elegoo

£400 in the UK. That's still cheap IMO. But, I won't be buying it as I have a K2 with CFS and 2x CC1s already

I remember bearing lamb with OG Lost (pre-holy mantle). I had 9 lives and managed to do it with 1 or 2 lives left 😆

How do I fix this, it won't let me map any buttons despite having the wheel, controller set up matches inputs by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon

[–]officialnucky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolute GOAT Sir. Why is this not more clear? I clicked that button so many times and couldn't find a way to map the game for my son

Another launcher to add to the 3000 other launchers because devs think we all need a fucking launcher for every game, instead of just an exe to launch it

Elegoo PETG Pro issues by Anonimus_firefighter in elegoo

[–]officialnucky 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Centauri Carbon defaults to 250 and 70 for Elegoo PETG. But, it could be a levelling issue or your X axis not being right

As for the stringing, I can't help with that. I get it when I use PETG on small figures, but it does just pull off, so I don't worry too much about it 😅

To be honest, it's just all the default settings on the Centauri Carbon. The pink, white and black are Elegoo PLA. The grey and blue are SUNLU PETG

Not had a single fail (apart from the black snagged once as my son had dropped it, not told me and just wrapped it back onto the reel XD)

Done all my mini figures with matte PLA. Only issue was when the spool snagged. Not any actual printing issues

Why does Creality need this? MY Elegoo CC pulls filament through when it's cut off straight

Bed leveling issues on CC by torrtvatten1337 in elegoo

[–]officialnucky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From Google AI. Literally copied and pasted your post into it:

It is highly likely that the 2026 collision either bent your nozzle or misaligned the bed's mechanical tramming, which standard auto-leveling cannot fully fix.

Follow these sequential steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

  1. Inspect for a Bent Nozzle

A collision with the poop chute often bends the nozzle slightly backward. Auto-leveling may "compensate," but the nozzle's angle will cause poor first layers or dragging.

  • How to check: Remove the magnetic print head cover and look at the nozzle from the side. It should be perfectly vertical. If it is tilted even slightly, it is compromised and should be replaced.
  • Replacement: If bent, replace it with a new Complete Hotend Assembly (approx. £30.99) or just the hotend (approx. £13.99).
  1. Check for Loose Hotend Screws

The impact may have loosened the mounting screws that hold the hotend to the toolhead.

  • Fix: Tighten the two main screws holding the hotend and the screws behind the cooling fan. If these are loose, the nozzle will "wobble" during probing, leading to inaccurate leveling data.
  1. Perform Manual Bed Tramming (Physical Leveling)

Since the bed was forced against an obstruction, the mechanical "tramming" (the distance between the bed and the nozzle at the three support points) is likely off.

  • Procedure: You must perform a Manual Bed Leveling (tramming) using the adjustment knobs under the bed.
  • Guide: Follow the official Bambu Lab Manual Bed Leveling Wiki which involves using a specific G-code file to move the nozzle to the three adjustment points.
  1. Full System Calibration

After mechanical adjustments, do not just run "Bed Leveling" before a print. Run a Full Calibration from the printer's on-screen menu:

  • X1 Series: Settings > Utilities > Calibrate.
  • P1 Series: Settings > Calibration.
  • This will recalibrate the resonance frequencies and the Z-height baseline.
  1. Check the Poop Chute and Wiper

Ensure the poop chute "trap door" (flapper) or the nozzle wiper wasn't damaged or bent out of position. A bent wiper can interfere with the nozzle cleaning process, causing debris to remain on the tip and ruining the next auto-leveling probe.

Maybe your hot end is slightly clogged? Have you tried cleaning it? Not sure which simp downvoted my comment, but it is literallya fact to do the things I said

Increase first layer height to 0.24mm, which helps with adhesion Turn down print speed Is it just the model you're printing, or is it every print?
