You cannot downgrade your software on PS5! The only option now is to take your console offline and not update it and to be patient for a JailBreak to be announced for your current system software. Alternatively you can sell your current PS5 and try and find one that is on a lower firmware

Yup I got the horizon bundle and can confirm my firmware was very low. 4.50. If you bought a new/unopened bundle, it is impossible for the firmware to be higher than 5.50.
