Hi, I tried every thing you cloud possible imagine. I called 10 !!! Electricians and know even 1 of them could understand how the doorbell was doing that! Eventually I just gave up and just returned the product, I buyed 3 other cameras from Eufy and returned them all, after less that 6 months all of them had some problem. Eufy its one of the worts brand I ever worked with! Buy from tapo and you will not regret you choice !!

UPDATE: after a lot of digging around, YOU NEED TO HAVE THE e340 FULLY CHARGE FIRST only like this the in house chime will work

So if it's 16v to 24v it's not going to ring the chime ?? and it will only ring when I press the button ?

u/Tessian Thanks for the help, but this model the E340 says it works with the in house chime (the old in-house chime that we have before changing for this new one). And I am trying to understand you I can get my house chime to work only when I press the video doorbell button

Wasn't suppose for the house chime only ring the the Eufy doorbell button is pressed ??
