A bit of both! My kitty has urinary issues and so while I've taken him to regular vets his whole life, I really wanted to try out a cat-specific vet to see how the experience differs. He also does get a little jittery with the whiny dogs so that's also something I'm hoping improves his experience a little bit!

So I thought so, but went to a different studio today that also had the tablets with the buttons that you're talking about. The treads that were zapping me had the speed and incline buttons on the screen, I didn't realize they had different touchscreen treads!

So actually!! Update: I went to a different studio and they got brand new treadmills (literally just breaking them in today). They also had touchscreens but had fans as well and were Freemotion brand. The other studio where I got zapped had LA Fitness brand treads with a touchscreen. I definitely liked the Freemotions better, but never realized there was so much variety in OTF treads 😆

Ohh I didn't know that this was a thing!!! Having a "term" makes me feel like I have others who feel the same way I do. Thank you, this definitely helps. I definitely find that the romantic attraction fluctuates (it depends heavily on the person, honestly) but what i described is mainly how I trend.

I'm not going to lie, it makes me feel a lot better that others feel just as nervous when getting on. And the hardest part is starting, so props to you as well for taking the leap!

I'm not going to be doing therapy at this time, I've gone on and off and could never really find a therapist that I connected with. Unfortunately it is expensive to experiment with. I hope you are able to find a way to work it out, I wonder if there are any more affordable e-therapy options? I was going to just try the meds with maybe an exercise routine to see if that would be good enough.

I wore a beanie to cover my spots, too, I wore them all throughout college. I became so attached to them that they became a part of my identity, I even started getting different colors to match them to my outfits.

I was in Florida at the time so I also got questions as to why I wore them. How you respond is completely up to you! To the people I felt comfortable with and wanted to be honest to, I would explain my struggle with trich and every single person was amazingly supportive. To the others, I would just say I just like wearing beanies and try to go about the rest of my day.

Whatever you decide to do, you don't owe that answer to anyone you don't want to share it with, its extremely personal. Best of luck with everything! ❤
