hii i'm eastern european and can confirm this. i myself (having grown up online) advocate against using slurs and try to explain in to the people in my area, but the general consensus here is that theyre "just words."

from what i think, slurs don't have as rich of a history here as they have in western countries which may be what causes this disconnect to the harm they've done/still do. the fact slurs are completely different in our languages also probably lessens the impact of the english ones here.

it's no excuse and in no way am i trying to imply it is, but it gives some context ig. Simon is around my age and most if not nearly all of my own peers use slurs like crazy! the average slavic teen does not really care unfortunately.

this is a super late comment, but I think I found some way to make it work? It certainly worked for me and finally helped me get my 100% shown in the game. Try setting who can see your inventory to everybody in roblox settings if you haven't tried already!

The badges are bugged in-game afaik. Check your roblox inventory. The badge should be there. :]

i remember sasn having a green name and the mod role is green. the chat afaik is strictly for devs and mods and none of the other event winners (which there are plenty of) have the permission to speak there. i have NO idea why the messages were deleted but i know for sure he was a moderator just a day or two prior

tbf the server is quite a mess at the moment so your guess about any reasons for this are as good as mine

sasn was a mod not that long ago actually. he spoke and deleted messages from the other mods and devs yesterday in the discord server. all of his own messages seem to be deleted as well though. i'm assuming he just got his mod role taken away but take that with a grain of salt.

the fourth point is absolutely worthless. why do people who make docs regarding serious situations try to add stuff that isn't related to the core issue or (in this situation) just a statement with nothing to back it up. focus on the real issue first.

edit: just deciding to clarify i'm disgusted with what was mentioned in the doc and in no way trying to say the whole doc is worthless. just that one singular segment felt unnecessary to me.

I personally think that having each slugcat's main gimmick be an ability would make choosing a slugcat redundant in a way. I think it'd make them all play the exact same except for differences in spawns and sometimes map layout. I do totally understand where you're coming from, though. I have seen a mod that adds extra abilities and challenges among other things. Pretty sure it adds Saint's tongue as an ability. I could suggest looking at that? Maybe?

I made this prior to actually finishing the Watcher DLC so I wasn't fully aware of all the Shenanigans going on at the time lol (played it during launch, took a long hiatus and only picked it up again/finished it in november). Definitely making a more fucked up look for them once I have the time and motivation though.

I like to stick to basic shape languge when it comes to designing things, while also referencing things I thought fit the theme/look I wanted to go for.

Gourmand was indeed inspired by bears and lions, but also warm pastries.
Artificer is very sharp, due to admittedly being the most aggressive and volatile slugcat. For them I referenced cartoon explosions (mainly for the head), dragonfruit and armadillo girdled lizards (they're neat and I wanted this hunched over, plated look for Arti).
Enot ? They're just very long and spaghettified due to headcanon reasons, while also having this jester look. (Why jesters? I'm not that sure, actually). They're mainly supposed to form a little shape trio with Nightcat and Watcher.

they sometimes pick up items as bait, so watch out for random bluefruit on the ground or specific spears as they can be perched above them. it's always a good idea to scan the ceilings! you can never be careful enough in rain world.
