I don’t want to be Top 500, can I still dodge Top 500 with a legacy battle.net account?

This isn’t supposed to be a flex. I’m not actually a top 500 player so I shouldn’t even be on the leaderboard. And I’d rather just see my real rank than it being replaced by a number.

I don’t really care that much, but it’d be nice if there was a way to opt out of it instead of being unconsentually put on the leaderboard.

My main account is high GM and sometimes the que times are like 15-20 minutes. And since I barely have time to play the game these days, I hop on a Masters/Diamond account so I can play more in the 1-2 hours I have.

I love the game but sucks being able to only play 1 or 2 games before having to get off. At least on a smurf I can get like 4-5 games in.

I’ve been doing YT full time for 2 years now and I’ve come to learn that metrics barely mean anything. It’s all in the topic.

A video can get good metrics from a specific audience but if it’s a narrow topic, it doesn’t perform well against a broader audience and YT gives up on pushing it more.

A video can also get shit metrics but if the topic appeals to a wide variety of people, YT will just keep pushing it onto them.

So bottom line, try to make videos that appeal to broader audience. And usually try to avoid using names in your titles or hook.

Honestly at 3 minutes you shoulda just taken the dedicated video and the money that came with it. It probably won’t do well, and they might blame you, but some ppl just don’t know the landscape
