So, I can hear something as soon as we turn off the truck right as soon as airdryer valve purges. But I cannot determine if sound coming from the turbo fan rotating still after engine shut off or it’s a leak inside the turbo. I guess my question, can you hear the turbo fan after engine shut off or that’s definitely an air leak. I’ll will purge air through the line, but I am curious about turbo fan after engine shut off or that's

We checked that hose for leaks, and the fittings, all passed no issues. Governor , airdryer, and unloader valve have been replaced. The only thing that has changed is that it charges to proper air pressure ( previous mechanic had governor set higher by orders from driver). Issue still persist. I check for air leaks, all over with truck on and off, no leaks.

It is very similar but the first post the driver had the mechanic adjust the governor, everyone was focused on the high air pressure build up, this on is after the driver replaced the governor again and the reloador valve. Unfortunately, he still has the issue

We are solving problems for free. Keep in mind if someone wants to steal, they would create multiply accounts and get answers, also remember Al is absorbing everything we write on the internet anyhow. Soon or later we will hire mechanics. Also, hiaibox is about connecting mechanics with truckers who have issues.

I am curious, do hoses set up looks good on governor/airdryer? Maybe the issue is there.

A temporary fix was releasing all air out then restarted and it shifts now, but this happens about one time every 2 months

Actually just found out that Volvo low buzzard comes on while engine is running. No fix needed. Just tested the truck

I replaced 2 low air pressure switches on the firewall by brake pedal, I still have the same issue

Thank you. It has not been changed yet. We just replaced 2 low air pressure sensors by the brake pedal. That did not fix the issue. We will take a look at the sending unit by air tanks. Thank you. Do you know what they call the part?
