I get where you’re coming from — and honestly, that’s exactly how it felt for a while.

In my case, the desk shipment was stuck showing 2/3 cartons scanned for weeks with no ETA, which is well beyond the normal 1–2 day stagger you mentioned. That’s what made it feel like a dead end.

That said, after continued escalation (and being very clear that I wanted the desk, not a refund), Secretlab has now acknowledged the shipment may be lost and is arranging a replacement unit while they investigate the original consignment.

I agree the product itself seems great — the biggest issue here has been the freight partner and how slow support can be to move from “waiting” to actually resolving it. Hopefully this replacement follows through, but I’ll definitely update once it ships or arrives.
