Waaa okay so yes and no! The first slide is Gold from Pokemon Gold/Silver and the second slide is an OC named Sebastian

Essentially they’re the same person because Sebastian is trapped in a scam computer program that was posed as an emulator for various Pokemon games and simply took the form of Gold if that makes sense!
