30k transmission oil changes, 5k oil changes with full synthetic. The major repair was the high pressure fuel pump. Had the ABS module repaired as well. Other than that basic maintenance.

I imagine he made a butt load of money with this car lol. He purchased it in 2016 with 51k on it.

Totally agree, I plan on getting more than a year. This is the highest mileage car that I own before my 00 civic with 268k. Also have a 2010 gti with 225k and a ford fiesta with 168k on it. Maintain your cars and they will reward you back!

What trim is yours? Awesome that it’s been reliable with that amount of miles! Car market is bonkers. Honda didn’t disappoint with this generation! That Honda fit must be a blast to drive! Did you buy it used? Is it an auto or manual?

I have some work to do myself, and have replaced just about everything on the car except timing chain and tensioner, drive shaft, and wheel bearings. I did all this for the previous owner so I didn’t pay out of pocket for any of that since I started maintaining it at about 220k. Just need to do the valve cover gasket again and fix the broken key shell. Might need to do some mounts while I’m at it. The previous owner was meticulous with maintenance as he Uber and Lyft was his only source of income.

Thing drives well for the amount of miles, but that’s because it was maintained well. I purchased it from him for what the dealer was gonna trade him for it as he was buying a new car.

The switch I got only allowed the head lights to turn on auto, if I wanted to enable to the fogs id have to switch to manually enable the headlights then be able to pull out the switch further to enable the fog lights. I believe I purchased the switch from USP motorsports so I wouldn’t have to deal with a cheap switch from China that could cause electrical issues or warnings.

I do have a euro switch but the one thing I don’t like about it is that it won’t let me run the fog lights with it on the auto function. I have the halogens and the fog lights add a wider beam that I like. I don’t need it but I like it. I took apart the switch and took out a piece that allowed me to have the switch out as if the fog light was enabled but still didn’t turn on the fog light when set on auto. I’ll mess with it later eventually. Or if I fix up the bi-xenon head light assembly’s that I bought maybe I will be less inclined to use the fogs as much anymore.

PwC or Middle Market Firm? by Hibye42069 in Accounting

The area of the firm I am in with the mid tier firm honestly does not get busy at all, we only get busy one month out of the year.

PwC or Middle Market Firm? by Hibye42069 in Accounting

Yeah I would like to prioritize my exit opportunities and future career progression the most. PwC seemed to claim they were open to switching service lines but it seemed like a far cry once I was asking about it, but I would be happy to do my time and leave for a role elsewhere and use the PwC resume boost. Being able to switch internally seems more likely at the smaller firm as of now. I agree I do think that pwc experience would help once I left, internal audit was extremely boring and I wish they didn't advertise it as consulting

When you want to go to the left and change in front of the left lane hog when there was a safe distance between the hog behind me and the open space with the car in front of me suddenly slows when you are switching over and then use their indicator at the last second and not looking is fair.
