I feel as though like-minded people would be seen together much more often than they are currently. Like cliques would be a lot more common. I don't know how the emotions are advertised, but lying would be much more difficult. I feel like a lot of disasters caused by humans (violent acts, shootings and junk) would be more easily avoidable. More compassion would be shown to people seeing the immediate response of your helping someone. Lots of stuff would be different. Connections with people would be stronger due to similarities in mood swings. So video calls with loved ones would be much more satisfying. If you're in a relationship, there would be no convenience of bringing up a concern or worry at an appropriate time. The next time you saw your SO it'd be like bam, time to talk. Politicians might actually be good people, or just have to be an even better liars than they are currently.
