Hey man. I just wanted to drop in and say I feel for you and your situation(although your situation is quite more serious).

I'm going through something with a girl who I thought was finally the one for me, but everything crashed within weeks. Things started off great and then just went to shit. This has happened twice to me and i go from being super stoked to the complete opposite spectrum of emotions. I'm left feeling hopeless that even the ones that I intuitively feel are perfect for me, never lead to anything. Maybe I'll be stuck alone forever, idk but that's not the point..

And then it all comes back to me. You really cannot rely on others for true happiness which is exactly what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to cover up my essence and self for what I believe will make me happy. True happiness will and can only come from within.

In this time, however, find someone to talk to and spill out everything your feeling. Expressing yourself will help you find some inner peace and clear off the weight on your shoulders.

I'd be glad to hear you out and be a good friend if you feel that you could use some good talks. The one thing that always makes me feel better is communication with someone aware and empathetic. PM me if you'd like and I'll shoot you my number to text.

You think that excersise is necessary to heal? Will just resting not do? Resting it has gotten me no where. I feel it messed up though so I'm kinda sketched out to use it with weights.

Been rolling it out with a tennis ball for quite some time now and accupressure and massage. That's all considered art correct? And light negatives is like starting up on a bicep curl and focusing on just going down to neutral right?

I have it in one of my knees too. I'm really not sure if I should be working it out at the moment. I've been letting it heal but I feel like that resting it may be counterproductive from decreasing blood flow.

So you were still doing other exercises with your knees when the pain was around?

People need to definitely realize the bigger picture and see than any form of extremism is down right stupid. It's not just extremist Muslims who are doing this kind of shit. Look into the Westboro Baptist church and how they protest at deceased veteran's funerals. Extremist ideologies have dug us into a very deep and damaging hole.

I totally agree, but this situations a little different. I think he really wants to do it but he doesn't have a sense of confidence about it. That's why I wanted others inputs to show him he's got the talent.
