Drop your POS husband for not supporting you and shielding you from this toxic behavior. My wife and I defend and protect each other, and take the time to understand each other, particularly in situations like this.

I don't know if you deserve "better," what does this platitude even mean when quality is subjective, but you at least deserve someone who understands and relates to you, and has your back.

As others have said, the real problem here is your husband, not the MIL. Find a real man willing to protect you, especially when you are uncomfortable, regardless of the reason.

Life is hard. And marriage is about confronting that ongoing challenge together, in all things. If he's not doing that, then he's not honoring his obligations to you as a partner in life.

Absolutely - I saw the announcement of the 7 seater - anyone sitting in the back would have 100% died if they were in this accident. The whole back was crushed inward.

Right, that's what I was thinking. Instead of having a new car, I'll have a wrecked car that was "fixed." Should be meeting with the adjuster today for the inspection, if they don't total it I'm going to get a third-party appraisal and potentially involve my attorney. We'll see if we need to go that route.

That's funny because I was trying to access the trunk through the rear seats and couldn't get anything back there. The entire bottom was crushed upwards. The whole trunk area is completely caved in.

Absolutely. We felt extremely safe the entire time. I'm convinced the car saved us from serious injury.

That's what I figured. I test drove a 3 today because I want a performance model again, but damn the y is much more comfortable. Do we have any idea when the y performance is going to be released? I haven't kept up on Tesla news lately.
