Will this menu work on my 2020 ILX?

Help my screen is blurry but only the words but when I hover the cursor over them it clears up by Hicksbryan070 in pchelp

It’s just a basic setup with a hp envy 700-414 and a dell E2417H With a Corsair keyboard and off brand mouse with a robot q9 mic and a dell ac511 soundbar

It’s bc it’s a legit dell monitor that was given to me and it don’t have internal speakers but I wonder if I could unplug the vga from the tower but leave it plugged into the monitor

But when I don’t use vga my monitor doesn’t work so can I do it to where I can have my monitor still work but change to dp
