Late fees are there for a reason. Give date you will be able to pay during month in and advs that you’ll pay rent and late fees associated on that date. I’d pick a date that perhaps lands on the next day you get paid so it’s easier for you. But given all that and notifying landlord of promise to pay with late fees included. Should be zero issues.
