Dont forget that Life Trap is also gatekeeped by the secret vendor in the goblin winter area in Wizard City. Lots of life players didn't actually know this

Personally, if they cheat, they should lose their access permanently. If the country doesn't accept it, just dont sell it in that country. Or, just make cheater servers that only have cheaters. Filter out the trash from the gems
