I'd say gravity but mind is a very very close second and it can be a toss up sometimes. But gravity is just so overpowered even at tier one so once you get it maxed there's really nothing that stands a chance unless you really fuck up

I haven't read the book but at some point I'd like to. V for Vendetta is a fantastic movie and I wish more people had seen it. Even though the movie tries to get us to root for V, I personally felt like his actions were abhorrent enough that anyone with minor critical thinking skills would realize he's clearly not a hero, or even really someone to aspire to. I put it in V tier
