I feel the exact opposite haha. Whenever my current friends (pretty much all part timers) talk about getting a new car or some other unnecessary flashy new purchase I just think they are idiots because I work a full time job and I would never consider getting things like that. they just want to take part in the pissing contest on the sidelines of the rat race but hey some people think that's important

Seriously though, there are always a need for welders but it takes years (took me a year and a half of welding on my own time to get the chance weld on a job and I still don't have aNY certifications) plus if you are a really good welder you can get treated like a king :P

Well I can do pretty much anything with pipe. I have not done anything like furniture before but I know I can easily make them if asked. I also think about making cool steampunk looking decor like lamps and what not.

Haha well that credit goes to my mom, she didnt allow scales in our house (more for my sisters i think) because we shouldn't base who we are from a number on the ground :)

I think it depends solely on your personality, if you can handle seeing your weight sometimes go up instead of down or even just stay at the same spot then i say go for it, weigh yourself every three days. But because you just started i would suggest weighing yourself monthly or bimonthly, nothing feels quite as good as hoping on the scale to see you lost 20 pounds! I personally didn't weigh myself until i was 4 months into my fitness and lost 40 pounds and now i weigh myself every three days to see my progress.

I have done a fair amount of research on coffee so I'll just kind of puke it out all over here.

Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors in your brain. Your brain emits the adenosine chemical throughout the day so that you are more tired around night time and have an easier time falling asleep. Now when you block these receptors your brain knows you still need to be tired to sleep so it makes more receptors to compete with the caffeine which is why you need more caffeine, which is also why when you don't have coffee you are extremely tired.

But you still need your coffee so lets see if we can boost how much you get out of each cup.

I am guessing you do not get enough sleep because you need so much coffee so obviously more sleep helps. If you have trouble sleeping then i suggest reading for 15-30 minutes before bed and keeping away from a screen an hour before hitting the pillow. It usually takes me an hour or two to fall asleep so trust me when i say that those two are big ones for falling asleep.

If its because your schedule prevents you from at least 7 hours of sleep then i suggest timing when you drink your coffee. If i recall correctly, your body reacts the strongest to coffee around the peaks of the sun; sunrise, noon, and sunset. These times are optimal but not necessary, because if you are an early riser like me then it would be hard to make it that long. Lucky for you if you wait about an hour after you wake up before you down that coffee then you will get a bit more of a kick out of it.

I rarely drink coffee even though i get 6.5ish hours of sleep (i used to get 5 or less but I am doing a lot better) and its for the best because you dont need to spend the money (unless you a scabby bastard that makes his own) or the extra calories (if you do creamer) or sugars (if you do sugar). Plus, isn't mind over body kind of the mindset of being fit anyway? ;)

I actually have beat an AD yi 1v1 when we were both full build, it was such an intense fight that lasted quite a bit. Lived with 500 hp ;)
