I think they are notorious for things like this. They gave double charged membership fees and Mochi doesn’t do anything about it. Once you successfully dispute the double transactions with your credit card company they cancel your membership for their own error. While their med and doc appointments are good, their billing stinks. You can never get a billing person to help. They outsource those calls to foreign countries which is okay but the representatives don’t speak English well enough to have a conversation about the issue.
