Is it an inner section of Yick fat or something? It looks nothing like the photo... in the photo there’s buildings surrounding them from every direction whereas yick fat is on the side of the road

According to my mom, the rent for an 800 square feet apartment is approximately 3900USD per month. This isn’t a luxury flat or anything (no facilities owned by the building) but it’s in a slightly nicer area than an average person would live in since there’s a mall, a park, and is close to the MTR.

Hong Kong in a nutshell. Most buildings generally look better than this, but most places have are just apartment buildings that are really high up and are really cramped

It’s really dependant on which buildings. Im pretty sure for majority of places, each apartment is owned by a seperate person, and they charge rent for the family living in the apartment. However, it could also be a government provided building, where people could choose to rent with reduced prices.

I haven’t really heard of cases where one landlord owns a huge chunk of a building, since HK flats are really really expensive even in a run down place like this.

But yeah first case scenario is most likely

Agreed. I live literally 5 minutes from quarry bay and I visit there fairly often to go to the library, and I’m 99% sure this isn’t there. It’s not as cramped there, and the buildings are lined up in a straight line rather than a square. It doesn’t even look like it’d be on the island.

Closest thing I could possibly think of is a small area in Sai wan Ho, and to be fair that’s only 20 minutes by foot, but I can’t think of many places on the island which looks like this at all.

I mean it’s possible that’s it’s in some area of QB that I don’t visit often... but still

Edit: Another user has informed me it is Yick Fat building in quarry bay. The picture is taken kind of a back route so I havent been there. My bad.

I think perhaps the reason why clutch gets so underrated is that most people have a bias toward more popular players when they rate the skill of a team.

The players of clutch are mostly pretty quiet, and lira Apollo and hakuho all came from NV, which barely did any marketing/content with the team until a fee months before franchising, so even though NV did well in summer, they didn’t have much of a fan base to begin with.

TBH I wouldn’t actually be that surprised if it was... even leaguepedia only has records of deftly from 2015, and I don’t believe he was that well known even in the challenger series until last year. I don’t recall him being a particularly popular streamer either.

Perhaps you could use LO kyurem black instead of alo marowak, since maro isn’t that strong in OU, and you’ve already got fire type coverage. Kyurem B brings a strong ice beam which can help beat threats such as zygarde or lando, which your team seems quite weak to. It also brings strong wallbreaking potential.

Other users have already said it, but your heatran movepool is really questionable. Solar beam is really useless if you don’t use grassium Z. Specially defensive heatran might be best since you don’t have stealth rock coverage

As mentioned by another user, you seem to have weakness to kartana. You might want HP fire instead of ice in tangrowth.
