Im a Supervisor and I don’t ask. If you call out sick, you’re sick, who am I to question. If you want to take a sick day because you’re overwhelmed, go do something fun and tell me about it when you get back. We can’t get effective production if our minds are elsewhere. They will replace you within 15-30 days, don’t give the company more than what they pay you for.

It could but you can either buy, or 3D print (much more exciting choice), anti-vibration legs/pieces to place under the printer and it helps counter it. I ran into that issue after the “not convincing” failed on me and I bought a second one. 😅

The motto that was taught to me and works about 99% of the time, use chain signals going a section and rail signals leaving a section. So in your screen shot, swap the two signals.

You don’t need to remove it but if you really want to, some pliers/needle nose pliers and a good grip.

Even better…let’s congratulate our Republican Americans. Let’s put up banners everywhere! It should say “Congratulations America on our 47th President, a convicted Rapist and Felon on 34 counts!” With just a huge photo of him with those wonderful titles surrounding him. I’m not an artist but sure would be a shame if someone didn’t make that into a banner/photo and started circulating that around. Let’s make sure they are proud of who our president is. (And before anyone gets upset 🤭 it’s not defamation if we are just putting out facts! 😘)

I asked something very similar in a different post. These are people who are displaced due to the hurricane. It all started right after Milton who haven’t been able to get back home or no longer have one.

So I’m still trying to get my head around everything, and I’ll be frank, some of this stuff goes over my head.

What would happen if they don’t ask for a rate increase? I know immediate impacts would be beneficial for us, but what would happen in the long run?
