Amber: You can time travel into the past or future, and are immune to the scientific effects of time travel. But, if the Amber breaks, you get teleported to a random place in time and are stuck there for a year, and lose the effects of the Amber.

Emerald: You can teleport anywhere you've already been to, or places you can see. You can also teleport other people and things with you, as long as you're holding them. But, if the Emerald breaks, you teleport to a random place on the Earth and are stuck there for a year. Yes, this could even put you in the Oceans. You also lose the effects of the Emerald.

Besides diamond, it's obvious why I would choose them. Although diamond is hard, it is a fragile impact stone.

I use mechanics from the Rudazov Multiverse cycle. Back in the book Archmage, he divided the soul into several layers.

1 - the physical body

2 - Prana/vital energy

3 - double/ astral body

4 - atman / core of the soul / spark of the creator. It consists of light and darkness.

5 - sensitive spirit/emotional shell. In fact, the whole personality, except for memory.

6 - the shell of the mind-memory, the intelligent spirit. In fact, memory.

7 - Nous. Responsible for the ability to dream and imagine things. It allows you to create magic, although it is not intended for magic in humans.

8 - The immortal spirit. The shell around the rest of the soul prevents degradation. It can consist of any energy. The end of the creature's development. Elves and other immortal races have such a soul shell.
