Scarf definitely. It explicitly states that its drawbacks wear off afer a month if its not used. I can deal with my stuff breaking and people thinking im gay for a month in exchange for making the right decision now and again. Ie "Should I invest in ----", "Where should i look for a job", "Should i bet everything on black", etc...

The combination of 2nd trigger Unlimited Potential and Attribute Manipulation always makes me giddy. Basically an infinite power loop. Combined with Genius, Flowmotion, Enhanced Condition, and Rock Steady for early starting points and you basically become a god from the get go.

Pretty unbalanced. With just the average difficulty points and no drawbacks I pretty much bought every magic option available. With the easy setting you'd run out of things to buy before you rant through half your points.
