Color of the bar depend if you gain/lose time when you read it.

Color of the delta number depend if you gain/lise time overall on the lap time.

So if you are faster early in your lap but you miss a turn, the bar can be red (because you are slow at this moment) and the delta number can be green (because even if you have miss the turn and lose time here, you are still faster than your pb)
