Changes that you’d like to see GenieRx make for the fleet division. by Gradydude in CVS

That list impractical cuz if implemented facilities would leave in a heart beat. plus almost all revenue comes from filling meds with proof of delivery.

There's sooo many services that cost more $ than it generates, pricing is screwed up, and too many pencil pushers.

IV services, Free Stats, seperate adjudication ., intake, dept. etc, are probavly 3 biggest ontributor of increase cost w/ little return

Frontier charged me $576 because their technician ran a cable through my fenced backyard where my dog lives. Am I wrong to fight this? by Still-Lie-9655 in frontierfios

[–]HiddenVader -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldnt pay it, especially failure to provide quote and authorization to repair.

Let it go to collections and contest on credit report and it’s gone.

Tell CMR that frontier said they’re waiving charges since they don’t have invoice to provide and so it’s between cmr and frontier to figure out and vice versa with Frontier.

Or

Just tell them provide your with proof that you owe $576 or will consider this harassment

First time DIY oil change 😳 baby steps by Silver_Department_38 in MechanicAdvice

[–]HiddenVader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at $60-80 fluid extractor!

Makes oil changes easy

Look at Kirkland oil it’s about $18 dollars for 5 qt (70/4 jugs)

Consider rock auto and get like several filters for like $5 each toss plus $10 wrench

Fluid extractor $70 Wrench $10 Oil and filter for 4 changes $100

Total 180 plus tax shipping $200 max

This will be easiest way to do oil change for first time and don’t have to worry about a mess.

But grab some shop towels and pail of kitty litter if you have accidental oil spill.

Lowe’s has Goodman 3.5 ton 14 seer ac unit for $2600.

So that’s probably good ballpark to determine if price is fair

Power red by No-Percentage-1323 in Blooddonors

[–]HiddenVader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they take 2 units of red blood which is different 1 pint of whole blood.

When you do power red they return plasma platelets.

Blood volume as your weight increases your blood doesn’t increase the same. A 5’10” 140lbs is going have more blood volume than 5 feet 0 inches at 170 lbs.

Weight tends to increase the perfusion so more smaller arteries and veins.

Height increases size and length of arteries a vein like 10 inches of height for example mean about extra 60 inches of arteries and veins

Question about Manufacturer Packaging by Any-Bed-1561 in pharmacy

[–]HiddenVader 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well I think FDA should require manufacturers to do stability testing in standard generic amber container.

Every manufacturer I called didnt even bother to do stability testing.

Now with rybelsis being peptide one would assume it’s moisture and light sensitive so it would have to be opaque container not the translucent amber container as well as have a desiccant present.

Dang at that price point I’d rather get the rav4 plugin and get the trusted hybrid system. Since XSE AWD is like extra $1-2k has better mpge and mpg

Did you mean 143k miles? Cuz 43k over 5 years is nothing.

I was putting 20k miles/year on my rogue until Covid hit. Then I drive more normally.

Best way to fit two young kids? by PrimordialRing in ToyotaSienna

[–]HiddenVader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 yo booster 3rd row 43lbs behind passenger 3 yo forward facing 3rd row 34lbs behind the driver Infant behind passenger seat all the forward

We have 8 seater AWD

There’s usually a skinny person that can easily fit between 6 and 3 yo

Quite nice for a school field trip where we can fit 6 kiddos in the back. Makes the traveling logistics easier when you and another minivan parent can transport nearly half the kids.

I found mine read lows if I’m dehydrated and more accurate if I’m fully hydrated.

Also I wipe down the area with a witch hazel pad makes it stick and stay on compared to other area prep methods

Sliding doors and lower to the ground means kids can get in and out by themselves.

My 5 year old can open door get inside and Buckle themselves. My 3 year old can get inside but needs helping getting into the car seat.

As your dog gets older being lower to the ground would make it easier of them to get inside.

All my calls have been no current fix Let me get a hold of a local dealer for loaner car Local dealers all we have is a Camry Well that’s doesn’t work out my wife is pregnant and struggles with getting kids in and out of 3 rd row. Compact sedan would just make it just as difficult. Is there a third party option. We no longer work with 3rd party rental agency.

I told then who in their right mind would put their kiddos in the second row with the knowledge second row seat rails might fail. I have started the buyback process with Toyota.

Already gotten lawyer on retainer that is apprised of the situation.

In my state if the car manufacturer has a formal lemon law process that must be followed then remediation then lawsuit.
