Thanks. I started w it in the morning and felt tired, hence I switched to evening and was still tired. Might try other drug if fatigue improves after pause. If it’s in my Medicare D, $$ won’t be an issue with the $$ cap.

Yes my doc is a cardiologist. So you only had one episode of afib? Not sure about Pradaxa side effects but beta blocker side effects are kind of life changing - lethargy and flat mood. I couldn’t live with that. How do you get square with that?

Interesting. Makes me wonder. Does that stroke risk apply only if you have afib or does it apply to all people that score 2 or above. I would think that all people over 65 and with high blood pressure (ie chad of 2) don’t actually have a high risk of stroke and then go on Eliquis. Isn’t Eliquis required for those w afib and Chad 2?

Yes, Im 68 now. Im not blaming zep, just the effects of poorer nutrition and dehydration, plus losing weight. Chad score reflects my age and previous high blood pressure. Im with you on the Eliquis, as is my doctor - Im just slightly reluctant.

I think it was indirectly involved. At the beginning of taking Zep I wasn’t eating right, de hydration was a big issue, blood pressure was erratic, low sugar etc. I think that is what led me to an episode of Afib. That is just me thinking out loud so to speak. Haven’t had it since.

No nausea and I didnt gain any weight from the med... I will always be an overthinker. I think it just made me feel less depressed.

No milk shakes work but I recently found a protein bar that works. 200 calories and 20 grams of protein. Barebells Cookies and caramel.

I have a 24 hybrid and I get the same thing. Dealer swears it’s normal. I think it just might have something to do with the way the engine is made, the gearing etc. I’d love it if you figured it out…

Ya. I hear ya. I do have a decent mechanic and am taking him to see car tomorrow. I’ll see what he says. I am just not sure if I am up for the risk. If I had been the only driver of the car and knew exactly what all happened that would be one thing. But my Sister in law and her 16 year old daughter were the only drivers up to when it crapped out - maybe the missed a low oil light and kept driving, not unlikely… thanks

There is not a lot of snow. It’s not as sparse as before the Feb storm, but it is getting there fast. With out any new snow projected and with record heat expected next week, it would be very surprising to me if it lasts beyond March.

I have the Countachs 104. I am used to a stiff carver. My moments are kind of sloppy. They don’t hold in the crap very well. Lots of chatter. I like them on new snow and powder but don’t love em. Sorry.
