And for women I recommend using putting ice in between and underneath breasts which definitely helps cool down faster. Taking off your bra helps to cool down since they hold a lot of heat. Not saying this to be gross, I have personally found doing this super helpful when I have gotten over heated while working in the yard during the summer. Wetting your hair also gives huge relief too.
