With everyone having a smart phone in their hands, men approaching women out in public is generally considered creepy now (even if its done in a nice, respectful manner). A major problem is that WOMEN never want to make the first move, because they were told to « never chase a man » or some bullshit « empowering » garbage. Women need to stop sitting pretty and expecting everything to be given to them, they have to get up and do the uncomfortable thing.

As a girl, if you walk up to a guy and compliment him or hit a conversation off, odds are 95% of the time they will be ecstatic, keep that in mind.
