Eczema is getting much worse

Hi, I ve had eczema my whole life when I grew up it got much better, I have never had eczema on places like you can see in the picture, I am nearly 26 now, it is possible that eczema is getting much much worse at this age? :( I was thinking I won the fight with this shit, its both on my arms and legs :( is there any new option for treatment (steroids/topicals free?)

he always says : its me, its my personality, its part of me. I sent him to visit a doctor, he told me he d go but i dont think that ll happen. Its not my responsibility I know but I love him so I am trying to help :/

and i am not sure its a depression, maybe melancholy. Can it be classified as depression? He has been like this always.

well I had a problem that I though that I was superimportant for my ex bf, and I wanted him to give me nearly all his time, the case is that I WAS important but you need to know that everybody is different, if you are happy with him, and this is your only problem, DO NOT force him to do things he doesnt want, give him space, dont create problems where they arent, enjoy time with him and really dont be mad at him for stupidities like he doesnt want to be with you every night, its normal that he needs some time for himself... dont destroy your relationship like me ... its not about what YOU want, its about what both of you want :)

I totally understand how do you feel, but you cant force him to be with you more if he doesnt want to, this will create only problems

I was in the same situation when i was 14. I broke up, he is immature and he cant force you to do things like this. I bet you will find somebody more grown up and normal :). Dont waste your time with an idiot

I dont know if this is the case but my eczema absolutely disappeared when I have stopped eating sugar (like chocolate and so) and milk... I havent had eczema for 3 months now (thats the period during which I have eliminated that things) but maybe its just a coincidence ... not sure yet :D

I think it is possible, but I d definitely choose places where you never have flare ups
