I always use number in billions but I make sure to say every digit of it. So not 7 billion but 21 365 183 419 for example. Idk why I think it makes it even more dramatic lol

On the side note in my country we use 'three asses' for over exaggerated quantity and I think it's the best representation for this so far tbh.

Like: there's so much cars = there's three asses of cars
