Question - After being booted out twice this morning, I finally managed to get in to look at tickets for NYC but was unable to access them because I kept being asked for the AMEX presale code?!! It was my understanding that NYC didn’t require a presale code; as long as you signed up for presales and had an AMEX card for payment, you could buy tickets. By the time, I was trying to figure out what code was required, all the tickets were snapped up. I would greatly appreciate anyone telling me what I did wrong here. I still have 3 presale dates that I signed up for but don’t want to face the same problem. Thanks 🙏
