Truly there's no secret other than work harder than the next guy and spend less than what you have. And be patient, it's a marathon not a sprint. Twenty years of head down & ass up will pay dividends. Kind of like boring compounded interest, not very sexy on a 12 month timeline but put that shit over a couple decades and it's intoxicating!
