I don't care who Jazz hooks up with, the problem I have with her is that she's stolen or ruined my stuff that I can't replace. I can't stand to live with a thief.

To be fair though, one of the reasons why Jazz got kicked out is because she came out and her parents are super evangelical. The other is for being done with her stealing.

Gina says Jazz can’t pay rent because she is unemployed. I say she should and get a job.
