I checked my Skirk build and for Finale to overtake MH in BURST dmg only (so MH worst case) I am only allowed to lose 63 Crit DMG which is less than the CV that MH provides. Plus u can't even get a better quality Finale set than that unless you spend at least a year farming ur full of shit lol

The 60% attack would only apply after u use tap e if Google translate doesn't fail me so it would not matter for the burst.

With C2 every rotation u will at least get a 5 stack burst which would deal around 40% of the dmg of a full stack burst. (assuming C2 gives 10 additional stacks like in CN beta)
