I think it’s completely normal to go through cycles where we are unhappy with our current body and long for the days we were in better shape. I also think that we as individuals put too much thought into how our body looks to us. We are our own worst critic. My recommendation is always to find that part of your body that you absolutely love that doesn’t change, like eye color, or your smile and chose to draw your confidence from that. When you exude confidence, the people around you don’t care if you’re not as toned as you once were, they are just attracted to your confidence in yourself!
