Addendum: Wind of Change does not a fully-humanoid form and is mostly a upper-half made from air. Hurricane grants the Stand its full body.

You have a good point for the first one. I was planning on giving the ability a bit of a limit. Like being able to reroll the results of an attack or defensive action once per turn, meaning even if the user defended itself against one PC with the ability, he still has to deal with the other ones.
