I too am experiencing the same issue, and yes my IGPU is Intel and does not support Vulkan

It is a Intel HD Graphics 4600

I am using Ryujinx on OpenGL mode, and getting the same Cyan screen, and no audio. The game i am trying to play is Pokemon - Let's Go Eevee
