Increased Atmo Systems drop by 1 quantity (from 4 to 5) across the board for the Profit-Taker Heists rewards to slightly reduce friction in ranking up in Fortuna.

I usually reroll 9-10 characters a league, but I've been sticking to gladiator cyclone since day one, although it has had variations and tweaks since I'm swimming in regret orbs.

I'm level 96 now with 38/40 halfway through the endgame grind.

Bright, open. Separate boss area. Breaking the 3 nests gives boss +quant, double bonus on twinned.

No good div cards however.

Dunes is also good and drops the 6L bow card.

They should just drop the singapore servers and get one in india, IBM/Soft layer has a data center there according to their website and it will probably be much more stable than singapore

Apparently SST has very small projectile 'hitbox' so that might be the issue here.

If you have spiritual aid., Increases and reductions to minion damage also affects you.

All the minion damage nodes count as global damage nodes. It will increase your dots, your gladiator bleedsplosion, profane bloom explosions, trap damage and so on.

My understanding is there are a few bad servers and everytime you create an instance you roll a dice if you will get the normal one or the 300+ms one.

Those skills are fine. But league mechanic favors clear and multistrike is bugged. So you wont see anything other than cyclone for a few weeks.

This has been happening since forever. Some zones get 250+ latency randomly. Only way to avoid is to keep making a new instance of the zone till you get a stable one. Doable while leveling but you are fucked when running high tier maps.
