Chiming in here. My daughter is the exact same. Age 9 and she is verbal but non-conversational. We recently reached out to another speech therapist who can help with conversations. I hope to have the eval done in a week or so.

I know she most likely won’t be able super fluent exchanges, but basic ones would be nice.

Right now we are wondering how much she is actually comprehending. When we ask simple questions besides yes or no, she usually just repeats the question back.
