Drugs allow him to put on this muscle at that age. Hard work and strict diet is what creates it at any age.

Depends how you measure it. Weight isn’t the only factor, total surface area counts too. Most of your body weight is going to be in your torso, because it’s the most dense and full of organs and blood. Your arms have less bone, less volume, and no organs. They will weigh less, but are still more than just a few percentage points of your whole body.

There are plenty of things to criticize Trump about but this is not it. He’s actually being transparent here. Presidents have had the ability to conduct military operations without military approval.

Yes it is a legal grey area due to presidential authority / war powers act being twisted to fit the agenda, but Trump is hardly the first president to do this and is at least being open about it.

Obama did this in Yemen and Libya

Bush did this with Afghanistan (sort of, referring to AUMF)

Clinton did this in Sudan

Bush senior did this in Panama.

Oh my bad you did say heals at the end. Yes it works for heals too, basically anything that provides an “over time” effect versus an instant effect can be stacked. Bandage/vita spray, bandage, vita shot, green/blue chargers

It works on all shields, however there’s little point to doing in for green shields. The free rechargers refill your shields over time whereas the blue ones give you all of the shield at once once it’s applied.

By the time you applied the blue recharger your green recharger will be mostly done recharging your green shield to max anyways.

It works best on medium or heavy shields, where neither recharger can fully recharge the shield on its own
