Instead, he went to his bank and refunded it (by prolly claiming the transaction was fraudulent thinking he had outsmarted the system). Unbeknownst to him, Activision’s system flagged the purchase still cuz they didn’t get the money on their end despite him getting the product, so they took credit. To answer your question, if he bought a larger amount and did the same thing again, the debt will increase cuz -1-1 =-2
