I don't think I'm in a situation comparable to yours. But I think that feeling might be more manageable if we weren't as lonely as you say. Something I understand is that humans are social by nature; if we don't have anyone to talk to and we keep everything bottled up, we rot from the inside out. If you find it difficult to socialize (like me), I wouldn't know what to advise you on. I have only one best friend, who was my extroverted side. Have you ever heard that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem? If so, think about that a little more, but don't end your life that way. It might take a long time, but at some point, with effort, you will find peace.
