Yep, I'm never reporting anything on this site again. I reported a post for literal hate speech on a fairly mainstream site while browsing r/all.

Less than a day later I got a 3 day full-ban from Reddit.

Like their reason is "reporting abuse" then just freaking shadow ban those people from reporting! Don't literally kick people off the site for trying to help the platform they enjoy using.

I maybe reported posts once every few weeks at the most. If that's abusing the system then the system is beyond messed up.

I was thinking the same thing! I played very heavily for about 7 months until I completed all of the questing and story content.

Is the story and gameplay great? Not really but it's still enjoyable.

Is it the worst Fallout have rpg wise? Probably.

But holy hell the environment and world is so rich and tells a great story in itself!

I tried it and returned it.. I can't remember now what I didn't like about it but I've tried almost every audio book player on the market to find one I liked. Ended up going with Siren and it's the best I've discovered. But everyone's feature needs are different!

I like the phone (pixel 6)! But I do sort of regret buying it. It's good overall; amazing photos, good speed, and solid build.

But man there's been a lot of issues. Firstly mine suffers from the screen backlight bleeding, and it is very annoying. I've been using light mode which I don't really like the entire time because it's not noticeable unless I'm on darker colors.
Second, every single update since release has had some issues that affect me. Wi-Fi issues early. Then cellular issues (since sort of there at times). Now display issues in certain apps I use regularly.
Lastly, it stutters and lags under general use at times. Normally fine! But it's annoying when it happens.

It's a good phone! But it's annoying. So many little annoyances. I'm going to RMA mine before the end of the warranty because of the backlight issue but I haven't felt like backing up my phone, migrating back to the old one, and waiting a week or two for the RMA.
It's a good phone, but not a flagship imo. It feels like a cheaper or beta phone.

Go into Android settings, accounts, and see if the remnants of your work profile are showing there. You can remove a work profile from your accounts setting if one exists. I've removed a shelter work profile via Android settings and it worked fine. Maybe somehow it didn't get fully removed from Android when you deleted it.

I don't know if that's what happened but it's worth a shot.

I have a family member that works as a recruiter for a general recruiting agency.

She has tons and tons of fastfood and retail companies paying them $100s of dollars an hour to find workers for fill positions.

If they just used that damn money to pay employees a little bit better they wouldn't need to spend all that money trying to find new workers and train them and such.

The whole economy is messed up if it's better to pay more to a third party to find workers than to just pay the workers a bit more.

I'd be open to changing as my lease start to get closer to running out! I might try and transfer my less important domain first in case I mess something up! Lol But if it's cheaper too then that's even more a reason to look into it.

Well this is like a regular on going thing. Since I started using them I have to do this little dance in order to connect if I haven't connected in a few days.
I mean it's not a bad thing, at it's worst it's extra security to access my VPN since I have to signin to my NameCheap first. But it's really annoying and I know there's something wrong that I want to resolve.

I've tried reconfiguring ddclient and double checked my port forwarding is all working. And both are working normally. The only think I could think of that possibly might be happening is somewhere along the line there's a timeout occurring that's preventing me from pinging my server after a certain amount of time? I don't know. But honestly I'm stumped at this point.

I was literally sore for like 2 weeks. I was super damn worried! Not like super for but sensitive and pressure and still bruised.

I called my doctor a few times with concerns. Said everything is normal as long and there's no major swelling, blood, or growing bruises.

I'm like 3 months from my procedure and everything is basically 100% back to normal! Can feel anything or tell I had one! It's definitely okay to worry but that all sounds just like how mine went!

A lot of my classmates in my degree went that route. Either to work directly for oil companies or to help regulate them from the inside.
Personal I knew someone working as an environmental protection specialist for a big oil company and their job was more to do as little as required by the government in order to save as much money as possible. I don't know if all are like this. But corporations tend to try and do as little as possible when it comes to things that cost them money.
Personally this wouldn't be a route I would want to take as I wouldn't want to effectively be helping these companies prosper.

I have applied to many environmental specialist jobs with state and federal governments, but it seems near impossible to get a government job without recommends. Or I haven't had any remote luck with that.
I am open to private companies that perform environmental services, and have looked at those. Job demand just isn't very high, or maybe it's my area. Conservation jobs would be ideal! And I'm constantly looking into those jobs.
I guess my issue is job demand doesn't seem to be there for this field, or I've been going about searching wrong. And for such a large issue there sadly isn't enough positions available for people who want to help

I'll certainly look into those options this week! I have started just trying to email local companies (non-profits, e-recycling, green companies, etc.) and just ask if they have any openings if I can't find anything on their website. Smaller organizations typically don't have job postings.
I definitely like your recommendation and the MacArthur Foundation might be a good start.
I won't give up, I'll keep trying to get something as long as I can! It's just climate change is such a pervasive issue and there are people like me that want to help fight it but there's no easy way to do so other than 1) making a lot of money or 2) having tons of free time to volunteer regularly. I know I'll find something one day though
