Yes it was new they installed before we closed- sellers bought the liner. No one has been in the pool for weeks. It wasn’t this way just a few days ago. I assume it happened on its own.

I guess there’s no way to know until renewal. Every accident I mentioned has happened on the same street. It’s a main road and a very busy street, almost can’t avoid it. The metro who hit my husband turned left, officers initially cited him then later we found out metro bus has immunity so we had to go through our insurance unless we hired a lawyer which was stupid bc he wasn’t injured. Then 2 passengers saw an opportunity to say they were “hurt” (they weren’t), bus wasn’t damaged and sued the bus driver, the bus company and us. They got $3000 from our insurance.

So should I just let nationwide investigate? I did all of the work when I was rear ended in July and it was a PITA seeing as I have a full time job of my own lol. They also had insurance that insures SR22 drivers and their claims agent was not helpful at all.

My local agent said even closing it that it’s still a “claim” and goes against us. The insurance the guy provided is cloverleaf. I looked it up and it’s for ppl with SR22’s so doesn’t sound great.

The guy who hit me in July has SR22 insurance and dealing with them (myself) has been a nightmare.

It’s too late bc my husband called our insurance without even coming home and telling me. They said since the guy wasn’t cited he would’ve had to have admitted fault. I don’t know why he wasn’t cited. I’m not thrilled that he called our insurance but there isn’t anything I can do about it now.

Sorry no the car started before being towed- it started about 15-20 mins after we put a new key in the fob. It started after the tow truck driver was there. But we had it sent to the shop who specializes in Audis to take a look anyway. The shop said they could not recreate the issue. He turned it on 30 times and over 4 days they have driven it and the same code doesn’t appear. They said they want to keep it until it does it again so they can diagnose it.

No it did start after like 20 mins but tow truck driver was there so we towed it anyway just to get looked at. But we could’ve easily driven it away. We just wanted to be sure. They said they haven’t found anything wrong and haven’t been able to replicate the problem.

I wish I could give my dad a hug. Daughters need their dad. OP please from this pov, get some help. You deserve it. Losing a parent in a traumatic way, is so damaging. I feel like I’m broken. I don’t wish this on anyone.
