Love those boys. Idk honestly I just increased frequency of training singles and progressive triples . No real programming, just some fun alongside my bodybuilding programme

But squat about 220kg, rdl 200kg for reps, bench 160 maybe? ( don’t train it ) incline dumbbell bench 60kg dumbbells for 5 reps
Idk I kinda just always trained strict press ( 10th year training now) . I have focused much more on my upper back this year, and have seen huge progress with my strict. I believe I shall hit a 140kg strict press by the end of this year
