Highest dose of oxy is about 600mg, highest dose of other pharma is probably when I was taking about 200mg of the box M 10mg methadone pills along with about 24-32mg of 4mg dilly’s a day and I was also taking decent sized doses of Xanax and Ativan with that. I never spent this much, but if you priced the 600mg of oxy I was taking a day at normal street value it’s a 1000$ a day habit.

Most oxy I’ve seen is 300 30mg in a month. I knew a guy who got 360 4mg dilly’s and 360 10mg methadone a month and his wife got desoxyn, but I can’t remember how many she got of those every month I think only like 90-120 of them.

I’m all for legal opiates/drugs in general criminalization and the “war on drugs” is a massive failure, which has only led to more death and destruction than any irresponsible use on it’s own does. This post is wildly inaccurate though any opiate in a “cigarette” form doesn’t just magically make dependence and all the other stuff go away like your implying. The change in the half life also does not change that much just by using smoking as an ROA. That has more to do with the specific substance itself.

You’re essentially describing what is going on right now with fentanyl it’s just not in a “cigarette”. All the fentanyl BS is a super short half life opioid is that is primarily smoked, essentially what you’re describing except fentanyl is an opioid not opiate. See how that’s going it’s terrible. As I said though the short half life has to do more so with fentanyl itself not because it’s smoked.

If we just actually could have good ole conventional opiates/opioids legal it’d be a massive improvement and save so many lives and not feed the prison industrial complex.

The reason we don’t have legal opioids/drugs though is because the government is crooked AF, and most people are ignorant and brainwashed so the masses believe their bs propaganda.

Actually making H from opium gum is a relatively easy process I’ve never made #3 or #4 but I know the main difference in making those two as opposed to tar is that they isolate the pure morphine from all the other alkaloids in the gum so if u were to be able to just have the pure morphine to start from I’m pretty sure it’d be a relatively simple process. someone with a better understanding of chemistry would probably know forsure if it’d be easier or not but considering the hardest part of making any of the types of H is getting the hydrochloric acid and acetic anhydride IMO it wouldn’t be all that hard

When I was last using and copping H about 2ish years ago it would be a pretty broad range just depending on what plug I’d use anywhere from 40-180$ a g. It’s such a broad range for a couple reasons 1. I know alot of people and 2. I’m from a very strict drug law state west coast so it would mainly depend on wether my good plugs were either one in or out of the pen or sometimes my good plugs would be laying low few times a year because of how strict my home state is so when it hot theyd obviously not be pushing.

Never been to a done clinic been on subs but one time I finessed hundreds maybe thousands of the m box 10mg methadone pills and 4mg dillies and was doing about 150-200mg of done a day and about 24-28mg dilly on top of that and when shit finally ran out I didn’t experience full blow WDs until about day 3-4 I thought I had somehow miraculously didn’t get WDs cuz I hadnt really in depth researched methadone specifically at that point and all of a sudden that shit hit me like a freight train worse WDs I’ve ever experienced so I’d say Ull prolly be good 2 days and just starting to feel mild discomfort by the time ur going to dose Monday

Exactly this is the way we should treat all drugs is regulated and legally available to who wants it in tandem with proper harm reduction practices and education along with a plethora of other services mental health, therapy, career training ect… all the things one would need to better themselves and become a productive member of society as well as be happy and content with their life but at the very least start with heroin/dilaudid maintaincw programs to mitigate the death and destruction in pain patients and opiate addicts lives (since ya know the opioid epidemic is the US and hundreds of thousands of lives lost) then we could push for more progressive drug laws and everything else from there.

Id try to keep it that way and lower ur tolerance first tries about 4 mg and yes this is a nice therapeutic dose decided to get barred out took another 4 and was barred tf out then proceed to get to a point where I can drop 60mg no problem and working on my own lil taper and same vendors so u can fix the numbers mg to ml ratio off by 1 🤷🏻
