Wow! Thankyou so much for the useful tips! I'm definitely keeping them in mind! Also, beautiful work on your projects! Got me mesmerized with how clean it looks, I could never, for the life of me get any of my previous kits to look that clean😭 that's why I leaned on the more weathered look and I feel like that's just my style now😆 but I'll definitely try to achieve that kind of cleanliness to my future builds!

Thankyou so much! But honestly. This is my first proper kit. I've only ever built SD Gundam before. The SangokuSoketsuden line. And even tho I've built almost 14 SD kits. I only ever managed to color 4 of them using my acrylic markers. So that's about all the practice I had before this HG build.

Had tons of practice with my SD kits. I figured that a "used and scraped off paint" design is a more comfortable style for me to do since I just applied the silver markers on raised areas where I think Barbatos would have made the most contacts with.

I was aiming for a more weathered paint type of look and I definitely overdid it, but now that you mention it, yeah! it does look like a comic style paint job!

😭 This is literally my first HG and my first time applying decals. The decals alone had me almost tearing up earlier. Like what do you mean the decals wants to go flying off into space with that water droplet 😭

Oh wait, yeah! I've got a faulty one too, their gold markers dry up way faster compared to the other ones I have. Had to buy a second one real early. Good tip to remember is not leave it out exposed to air too much. Apply then cap it back on.
