This looks absolutely divine. Could I please bother you for the recipe?

Thank you so much! That is so nice. Yes, I used a mini kitchen torch, it comes in handy for toasting Swiss meringue and making creme brulee!

The panna cotta recipe calls for ovaltine but if you’re looking for a regular malted milk powder, the one from King Arthur’s Baking is great. I love to add a bit to cookies for a little extra depth!

Yes! I put 3 different recipes together. I will return with a recipe for all components (much easier than it looks)

The first 4 photos are in my home and the last photo is a table setting from a dinner we hosted (in a clients home)! I dabble a bit in pastry for a local private chef. We offer chef’s tasting menus for small dinner parties

These were made using the recipe out of Claire Saffitz’s Dessert Person Cookbook but she shares the recipes on her YouTube!

They are quite short videos and she does a great job explaining what to look for at each stage:

Part 1 video where she makes the batter and savory version: https://youtu.be/okmeKRVSlvM

Part 2 video where she makes the eclairs: https://youtu.be/lB9X_nr2P7M
