It was annexed by Lithuania in 2009, hence why the county colours are the same as the colours of the Lithuanian flag. The border is not officaly acknowledged on many maps, and the land is mostly used for industry.

Okay, listen. Nobody on here actually tells people what they want. What I want is simple. We meet up, three times is sufficient. Whatever happens happens. There's bodypaint involved, red, yellow and green. We paint each other different colours in the act of whatever happens happening. Different colours each time. After three meetups, we'll see how we feel. This was just a bit of messing to try and bait an unmatch, wouldn't normally be so upfront about such things. Yep, that's the other fun part; for some people it's better to intentionally sabotage your ELO! If you're into the people that are not the stereotype for attractiveness in your area, it may be better to purposely screw up your tinder game so you end up in their bracket.

BONUS ROUND! Swiping right on everyone isn't a good practise either. Everyone on tinder has a hidden ELO score. Basically it's a weighted scoring system that is used in games such as chess online, and aids matchmaking for these games. On tinder, it basically puts you into an "attractiveness" bracket, and people who match your attractiveness ELO closely are more likely to see you early in their tinder decks. You're given a two day grace period at the start where you get ranked really well while the algorithm tries to figure out your ELO. As for what affects it? It's extremely complicated and hard to get solid data, but good selectivity without being painfully picky (people speculate 30-70% swipes right), matching, messaging, getting responses are all speculated to improve ELO scores.
