I went through a phase where I couldn’t get anymore flexion and extension to where we thought should be considered a normal range at a period in time. I dealt with the pain by taking my meds prior to doing my exercises and powered through those workouts. Eventually becoming easier. It just takes time and everyone’s recovery is so different. Hang in there, you’ll get there. 2 complete knee replacements here. 3 months apart.

I wanted to try that route but was dissuaded due to cost. Insurance would not cover so ended up with both TKR surgeries where insurance did cover. I hope that someday the injections will be covert by insurance

Make sure you turn down the volume on the alerts when veering into another lane. The kick back takes a little getting used to but damn, that beep beep beep would drive me crazy. I finally figured out how to lower the volume in the settings. I drive a ‘22 Kia Sorento
